Allen McKenzie graduated from the University of Washington, where he anchored the Husky lacrosse team and was scholarship chairman for Sigma Chi fraternity. He studied under world-renowned legal scholars, including President Obama, at the top-five University of Chicago Law School, earning his J.D. in 2006.
Rather than pursue a corporate firm career like most of his peers, Allen chose to travel the world after graduation, spending six years living out of a backpack in various countries in Asia and Latin America. Allen’s extensive immersive experiences instilled in him a deep respect for folks from a variety of backgrounds; he is committed to ensuring equitable justice for all of his clients. He speaks Spanish fluently, and is sensitive to, and knowledgeable about, the immigration issues that may arise due to your criminal charges.
When he is not hard at work serving clients, Allen most enjoys spending time with his wife and their 1-year-old son. He is a big fan of Husky football, the Seahawks, and the Chicago Bears.
