Work at The Law Offices of Barbara Bowden
Accelerate Your Career in Criminal Defense
Since 1986, The Law Offices of Barbara A. Bowden has been a dominant force in Western Washington criminal defense. We have successfully defended over 10,000 traffic and DUI cases, earning a reputation for tenacity, strategy, and results.
We don’t hire associates to sit on the sidelines. We hire attorneys who are ready to stand up and fight.
When you join our team, you aren’t just taking a job; you are stepping into a high-volume, high-performance environment designed to accelerate your growth as a litigator. You will manage your own caseload. You will argue in court. And you will do it with the backing of a veteran support team that handles the administrative friction—so you can focus your energy on winning.
Build Your Reputation in the Courtroom, Not the Back Office.
Join a legacy of zealous advocacy. Handle real cases, argue real motions, and learn from 30+ years of defense mastery.
Practice Law, Not Paperwork
Most firms bury associates in admin work. We value your advocacy, not your data entry.
-
Immediate Courtroom Experience: Don’t wait years to see a judge. You will argue motions and negotiate pleas immediately—getting more courtroom time in six months than most associates see in three years.
-
Direct Mentorship: Work directly with Barbara A. Bowden and senior counsel to learn the strategies that built our firm.
-
Full Support: Our paralegals handle scheduling, intake, and filings, clearing the path for you to focus on the legal argument.
