  • Barbara A. Bowden: Attorney and Owner Born and raised in Western Washington, Barbara completed her undergraduate studies at Washington State University, then continued her education, graduating from the University of Puget Sound Law School. Barbara then became a licensed attorney in the State of Washington since 1986. Since that time, Barbara has concentrated on defending individual’s traffic rights, including traffic tickets and DUIs.
  • Martha McLaughlin: Attorney Martha McLaughlin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Puget Sound in 1984. While working full-time as a Microbiologist with Multicare Health Systems and raising two boys while her Air Force officer husband was frequently deployed, Martha graduated from Seattle University School of Law with honors in 2007.
  • Thomas Fossedal: Attorney Thomas Fossedal, graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2022. His purpose for practicing law is to defend the constitution and those whom the government seeks to prosecute. Thomas earned his BA in both criminal justice and psychology from Washington State University, in addition to playing division 1 football and rugby. His area of focus has always revolved around criminal law and the constitution, and he’s particularly fond of defending against overzealous government prosecution.His hobbies include family time, basketball, exercise, car brokerage, and suing others on behalf of family and friends.
  • Phillip J. French: Attorney Phillip or “PJ” was born in Seattle, Washington. He received his BA in Social Welfare from the University of Washington in 1975. He then went on to study law the University of Puget Sound School of Law where he was awarded three Am Jur Awards in Criminal Law and was an Associate Editor for the Law Review and eventually graduated with his law degree in 1980.

    He became a licensed attorney in the State of Washington in 1980 and in 1990 he was licensed to practice law in the State of Hawaii. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, listening to music, and spending time with his four children and ten grandchildren.
